The Home Remodeling
Finding the Vision
When you’re planning for a home remodel, you need to figure out what you want. By taking time to think about what your idea layout looks like, you’ll have a better idea for what’s required to complete your project.
The first step we take with our clients is to ask questions. We want to know about what your situation is, so that we can help you find a remodeling plan that fits your needs and budget.
Once we have an idea for what you’re looking for, we can discuss final finishes, like paint colors, tile selections, and more!
Budget & Planning
Once you’re all set on what you want done, we’ll get you an estimate for what the work is going to cost. When we are preparing an estimate, we try to be as thorough as possible and will contact you if we have any questions surrounding the work you’re wanting done.
After we’ve prepared an estimate, we’ll meet with you to determine where we’re at. This consists of asking questions to find out what can be adjusted to the scope of work in order to be within budget.
Since we get our work done quickly, it’s important that we’re prepared with a design you love. We want you to get the most bang for your buck while also leaving behind a quality project.
Construction
After we’ve crafted your Vision and confirmed all the details of your project, then we’ll get to work on your schedule and work timeline. Typically, we like to address the most time-consuming parts of your remodel first.
Depending on your Scope of Work, this may be getting all of the materials ordered and delivered, or it may be sourcing a specialty piece of trim. As we’re coordinating all of your materials, we’ll work with our subcontractors to plan when they will be able to work.
With all of the materials ready to go, and all labor lined up, then we’ll start officially! When we begin the remodeling process, we like to make sure you know what to expect.
Some home remodeling projects can be dustier than others, and we keep you covered by using plastic zipwalls, dust curtains, and carpet protection where applicable. We take extra precautions when it comes to prep work because we want you to have a phenomenal experience!
