Hardwood Floor Installation
First we make sure we’ve ordered enough material. We order more than necessary to account for waste. There may also be difficult cuts in rooms like bathrooms and kitchens.
Once we order the material and its delivered, we bring it to the jobsite for material staging. At this point, we can proceed with taking out the old floors. Once we remove the floors, we level the subfloor to ensure we have a flat surface to work on.
At this point, we begin installing the new floors. We cut and fit the boards from room to room, working throughout the house. Afterwards, we sand the floor and apply a finish. Then, we install baseboards to cover the gap along the walls.

Tile Floor Installation
We take out the old flooring and float the subfloor. This ensures that the tile doesn’t crack after we’re done installing it.
We order material and stage it at the jobsite. We need to have all the material ready for the install day to go well. After material delivery, we carry it into each room for the most efficiency.
The installers cut and lay the tile. This is important for special cutouts around the sinks, cabinets, and other areas. When we’re laying the tile, we use special clips to make sure the floor is level.
After we’ve installed the floor, we install grout to fill the gaps between the tiles. Grout is great because it prevents tiles from moving or cracking over time.

Carpet Floor Installation
Prepare the room. First we remove any furniture, then we clean the subfloor to ensure a smooth and even surface. Then we roll out the carpet to let it acclimate to the room’s temperature and humidity. After, we cut the carpet to size. It’s always important to leave a few inches on all sides for trimming.
Install the carpet pad. We’ll cut and fit the carpet pad to match the room. Then we staple or glue the pad to the subfloor. We always make sure that the surface is flat and free of wrinkles or gaps.
Install the carpet. Starting in one corner of the room, we position the carpet over the pad and smooth it out. We always need to make sure it’s aligned with the walls and the seams are tight. Then we stretch the carpet and secure it to the tack strips along the walls. After, we trim off any excess and reinstall baseboards.

Laminate Floor Installation
Prepare the subfloor. Once material is ready, we make sure the subfloor is clean, dry, and level. We may use a self-leveling compound to smooth out any uneven areas.
Install underlayment. This is a thin layer of foam or felt that sits on top of the subfloor. It helps to absorb sound and reduce moisture damage.
Install the flooring. We work from one corner across the room, laying down the planks with the edges interlocking. We’ll leave a small gap around the edges to allow for expansion. Finally we install baseboards to leave a finished look.

Luxury Vinyl Plank Floor Installation
Clean the subfloor. The surface should be free from any dirt or contaminants, ensuring a quality finish. We do this with a vacuum or broom.
Plan and lay out the flooring. We start by laying out a row of planks along the longest wall in the room, leaving a small gap between the planks and wall. This allows for expansion and contraction of the flooring over time.
Installation. We use tapping blocks and rubber mallets to lock the planks together. Once we’re done, we install the baseboards to cover the gap between the flooring and the wall.
