Commercial Painting Project
Preparation
When we are planning to do a painting project, we take extra steps during the preparation stage to make sure production flows smoothly. This ranges from taping up windows and doors, to planning the job around the ideal weather conditions. Usually we’ll pressure wash the exterior surface before beginning painting.
Once material is ready, equipment is set up, signs are out, and the weather is gorgeous, we move on to production.
Priming
After the site is prepared, we’ll apply a heavy duty primer to the structure to guarantee the next step produces the best quality finish possible.
Depending on the material being painted, we will use different brushes, rollers, and sprayers to produce the optimal coat of primer. Once we’ve primed the surface, then we move on to painting!
Painting
Once we start painting your building, we will be on your property for a period of time. During this time, we do everything we can to keep our work area clean and tidy. Our workers will clean up after themselves every day and will avoid doing anything that could potentially damage your property.
