our process
Commercial Bathroom Remodeling
Prep/Demo
The first step in your commercial bathroom remodel is to meet and plan. We always prefer to sit and meet to go over what your needs are for the space, and get a sense for how fancy you want to go. This step is vital to ensure we’re setting realistic expectations for what can be accomplished and how quickly it can be done. You can take this step by contacting us.
Once we have a plan in place, we start prepping the space for all the dust and debris. Construction sites can be messy, so it’s important that we do good prep work before tearing anything down. Typically this is done with a plastic curtain, floor protection, and other things.
After everything is prepped, we start the demolition process. Whether it be chipping out concrete, or taking down a wall, we work efficiently to move on to the next phase of your bathroom remodel. This type of work can typically be performed after hours to minimize employee disruption.
Installation
Once we’ve torn everything out of your bathroom, the next step in your commercial bathroom remodeling project is to start installing the new components. The installation stage involves the actual installation of all the materials and fixtures you have selected for your new bathroom.
The time it takes to complete our work will depend on the size and scope of your project, as well as the materials you have chosen. We will work with you to ensure that we complete our work in a timely and efficient manner, so that your business suffers as little disruption as possible.
After we’ve installed everything, we move on to the final stage of touching up and finishing the work.
Touch-up/Finish
The final phase of our commercial bathroom remodeling process consists of putting in all the final touches. This includes putting in new drywall, painting, tiling, countertops and flooring. We also install new fixtures and hardware, such as faucets, toilets, sinks, showers and tubs. We will also install any new lighting fixtures and make sure all the electrical outlets and switches are up to code.
Once we have completed the finishing phase of our commercial bathroom remodeling process, we will schedule a final walkthrough with you. This is an opportunity for you to inspect all work and make sure it meets your expectations. If you have any punch list items, we’ll take care of those too.
At this point, your commercial bathroom remodeling project is complete. You can now enjoy your new bathroom for many years to come.
